Hanju Global is convenient for customers. We provide after service.
1. Apply for after service
- Please apply for A/S through the customer center where you purchased the product or the importer.
2. Product delivery
- The product is sent to the A/S center. As the product may be damaged, use a buffering agent. Please make full use of the product and pack it safely to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Inspection confirmation
- Once the product is delivered to the center, we will diagnose the problem and contact the customer to confirm.
4. Repair progress
- Repair of the product will be carried out after inspection. (In the case of paid processing, a fee may be calculated and costs may be charged, and repairs will proceed after payment is confirmed.)
5. Processing completed
- After A/S processing is completed, the product will be shipped to the customer. (If the same problem occurs within 2 months after paid repair, it will be repaired free of charge.)
